Vacancies

We need to attract brilliant people to help us achieve our ambitious goal to increase the number of young people we support each year from 12,000 to 50,000 in the next three years and to ensure our projects have the maximum possible impact on our beneficiaries.

It’s an exciting time to join Brightside. We are a fast-moving charity and we pride ourselves on our friendly, professional and supportive culture. Our team is small but growing, and 100% of staff recommend working for Brightside in our most recent staff surveys. We embrace new ideas and celebrate the talent and contribution of all team members.

Projects Manager

As Projects Manager, you will promote the best possible outcomes for beneficiaries by planning and delivering projects, training volunteers and working closely with partners to fully engage young people with high-quality mentoring.
We help young people navigate key transition points, so our projects have wide-ranging objectives including widening participation to higher education, raising aspirations, pre-arrival and retention support for new undergraduates, and the development of students’ employability skills. We believe all young people should have access to the same opportunities, no matter where they live, so our work spans the whole of England. This will require frequent travel, and occasional overnight stays.
