We’re proud to share that it’s our 20th anniversary. Since 2003, we’ve been helping young people make confident and informed decisions through online mentoring programmes.
In that time, we’ve had a positive impact on more than 150,000 young people and mentees and mentors have exchanged over 4,000,000 messages on our platform. Through our robust impact measurement, we know that the young people we’ve engaged are:
- Achieving better grades in 4.5 of their GCSEs than their peers
- Twice as likely to access higher education than their peers
- More likely to complete their degree
To celebrate, we’ve created a website to take you on a journey through our history. Throughout the year, we’ll be publishing stories of young people whose lives have been changed by online mentoring and detailing our plans to keep having a positive impact over the next twenty years.
