This report proves how we’re harnessing the power of online mentoring to have a positive impact.
The analysis shows that:
- Brightside mentees achieve one full A-level grade higher than their school average
- They also reported a 19-percentage point increase in their understanding of apprenticeships
- 89% of our mentors felt more confident tailoring their communication to different audiences, and 78% said their mentoring experience had enriched their own personal or professional growth
